Wait, wait, no. Let’s don’t do that. Let’s do this tomato thing – its so yummy!
I was thinking of the upcoming Fourth of July holiday, and how we made stuffed tomatoes last year as part of our buffet. Having one for each guest made it a bit personalized, and the fact that they fit the Red, White and Blue decor for the holiday was just perfect!
I’d recommend bringing these to a party or potluck, as they can be made ahead, would be fairly easy to transport and can be enjoyed warm or cold.
